Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform deposits of cash and payments received by the OpCo.
• Scan backup for checks and remittances, maintain documentation.
• Manage petty cash and replenishments.
• Scan invoices and receive packets at the OpCo.
• Report issues to SBS processing teams; ensure compliance.
• Work with QC to submit claims for supplier credits.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (USDA, food safety).
• Process will call payments from customers and employees.
