Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of private funds experience.

• Experience with fund documentation and related regulatory matters.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission.

LHH is assisting a boutique law firm in its search for a Private Funds Associate to join its New York City office. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to build their practice within a sophisticated venture capital and private equity platform.

The associate will work closely with experienced attorneys advising fund sponsors and investors on fund formation, fundraising, investment activities, and related regulatory matters. The practice also represents emerging companies, giving attorneys exposure to the broader venture ecosystem.
