Position Overview

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Senior Level Associate in the Finance Group in Westchester County. GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. We are looking for an experienced associate with 4-5 years of finance background. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in representing lenders, including drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents, including legal opinions, for all asset classes. Candidates should be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented and possess a strong academic background with superior drafting skills and knowledge of secured lending transactions and be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this position is: $250,000 - $300,000 per year. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
