Greenberg Traurig (GT) is seeking a Senior Level Associate in the Finance Group in Westchester County. The candidate should have 4–5 years of finance experience and substantial experience representing lenders, drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents.

NY Bar admission is required. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a pay range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year, with discretionary bonus eligibility and a comprehensive

We are looking for an experienced associate with 4 - 5 years of finance background. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in representing lenders, including drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents, including legal opinions, for all asset classes.

Candidates should be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented and possess a strong academic background with superior drafting skills and knowledge of secured lending transactions and be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is

$250,000 - $300,000 per year

Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
