Job summary

The Sysco Finance Associate in Warrendale, PA supports OpCo operations and works with Sysco Business Services to resolve exceptions and perform transactional finance tasks. This role focuses on administrative duties within the finance function.

You will assist in the Region finance team in the monthly close, collaborate with FP accounting to ensure a timely and accurate close, and help develop tools and processes across the organization as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership demonstrated.
• Root-cause analysis skills for solving issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/finance software (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Support the Region finance team in the monthly close process.
• Collaborate with FP accounting in the monthly process to ensure a timely accurate close.
• Develop tools and processes across the organization as business defines.
• Provide cross-functional support with all departments on both local and corporate initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
