The candidate must be a member of the State Bar of California, and possess strong collaboration, client-relations, and communication skills to thrive within MoFo’s Finance practice in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of finance experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience representing private equity sponsors and borrowers in secured transactions.
• Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
• Strong collaboration, initiative and client relationship skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex and fast-paced financing transactions with borrowers and sponsors.
• Collaborate with partners and team across practice groups to deliver client solutions.
• Contribute to firm initiatives and client development in the Finance group.
