Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.
• Experience representing lenders in single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation.
• Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing.
• Ability to communicate complex matters concisely in oral and written form.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
