A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Finance Lawyer (5–10 years of experience) to join its high-performing Finance group in the New York office. This team advises on a sophisticated range of bespoke credit facilities and represents some of the most prominent players in the finance and investment space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex credit agreements and financing documentation

• Advise on a variety of lending structures, including:

• Employee co-invest lines of credit
• Management company credit lines
• NAV-based facilities
• Subscription lines of credit

• Handle secured and unsecured financing transactions

• Collaborate across offices and practice groups on large, multifaceted deals

• Support ongoing client relationship development and strategy

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in finance law, ideally with a large law firm or sophisticated boutique

• Strong background in commercial lending, ABL, cash flow lending, or lender finance

• Familiarity with fund finance and private credit structures

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• NY Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
