Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Public accounting experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Salary range of $150k-$170k plus generous cash incentives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including analyses and disclosures.
• Oversee month-end close process with journal entries, GL activity, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Analyze results, identify variances, trends, and provide actionable explanations.
• Manage SLR financial reporting, forecasts, and reserve assessments to support decision‑making.
• Lead system implementations, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Direct and develop a two-person accounting team with coaching and accountability.
