Job summary

BCL Legal represents a growing AmLaw100 firm expanding their Finance Practice globally. They seek an associate to join the team to work on a broad range of debt products in corporate trust and institutional fiduciary space.

You will advise indenture trustees and agents, work on leveraged finance, private credit, fund finance and capital markets transactions, and support restructurings and workouts across energy, healthcare and technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advising indenture trustees, collateral trustees, administrative agents and other institutional fiduciaries across a broad range of financing transactions
• Working on leveraged finance, private credit, fund finance and capital markets transactions from a trustee and agent-side perspective
• Advising clients on bond issuances, credit facilities, amendments, waivers, defaults and enforcement-related matters
• Supporting institutional clients through restructurings, workouts and other distressed situations

A growing AmLaw100 firm are currently expanding their Finance Practice globally after a series of high profile partner hires across the major financial hubs.

As a consequence of the influx of high-quality work brought into the firm, they're now seeking an associate to join the team.

Their practice offers a unique blend of corporate trust, private credit, leveraged finance and fund finance work. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of debt products while building expertise in the increasingly valuable corporate trust and institutional fiduciary space.

The group also has entrenched relationships within a number of high growth industry verticals, of which includes Energy & Natural Resources, Healthcare & Technology to name but a few.
