What Does The Team Do?

• Acquisition financings
• Leveraged buyouts
• Private credit transactions
• Unitranche financings
• Syndicated lending transactions
• Refinancings and recapitalisations
• Asset-based lending facilities

• Complex capital structures involving multiple layers of debt and equity

You’ll work across both syndicated and private credit markets, gaining exposure to the full range of financing solutions available to sponsors in today's market.
