Job summary

Nixon Peabody LLP is seeking a Finance Applications Manager to oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of core financial software including Aderant. The role focuses on aligning finance technology with business goals, ensuring reliable, scalable systems, and leading initiatives with CFO and finance leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years progressive experience with enterprise software services.
Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
Legal Time & Billing platforms experience (Aderant Expert preferred).
Familiarity with ERP and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee implementation, support, and optimization of financial software.
Lead liaison to CFO, controllers, and finance teams.
Coordinate IT resources, vendors, and consultants on projects.
Drive cloud migrations, upgrades, and feature adoption.
Ensure 24x7 availability, security, and performance.
