CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is a top national professional services firm, seeking a Senior Analyst for Post Merger Integration in its Deal Services practice. The role supports private equity-backed and growth-oriented companies with financial professionalization, integration, and accounting transformation initiatives that scale after capital infusion.

You will assist with closing processes, ERP and reporting enhancements, and the development of management reports for investors, while working

Qualifications

2 years of experience as an Associate in an equivalent industry/service.
3-5 years of audit, accounting advisory, CAAS, transaction advisory, or finance consulting experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
Working towards CFA, CPA or other post-graduate degree or relevant certification.
General knowledge of accounting principles and regulations impacting engagements.
Exposure to ERP systems, reporting tools, and financial process improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with financial professionalization and integration initiatives.
Support acquisitions, recapitalizations, carve-outs, and transaction events.
Prepare, analyze, and validate balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
Perform data analysis and identify inconsistencies and risks needing remediation.
Design and implement scalable month-end close processes and controls.
Develop management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and lender reporting.
