Job summary

Haley Toyota Richmond is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance department in a high-volume store. This role requires a proven track record, strong leadership, and the ability to manage CIT schedules, funding delays, DMV issues, and paperwork accuracy.

Responsibilities include training sales staff on F&I products, resolving customer issues promptly, and enforcing dealership policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Strong computer and tech skills.
• Ability to process and turn 75 deals per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the Finance department, including CIT schedule, funding delays, DMV issues and missing paperwork.
• Train and coach sales associates on F&I products and endorsements.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure dealership policies and processes are followed at all times.
• Set aggressive yet realistic goals for the finance team and provide support to meet them.

Haley Toyota Richmond is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This individual must have a proven track record in a high-volume store and be extremely goal oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Finance department, including CIT schedule, funding delays, DMV Issues and missing paperwork.
• Ability to train and effectively teach all sales associates F&I products and how to properly endorse them.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all dealership policies and processes are followed at all times.
• Assists in setting aggressive yet realistic goals and objectives for the finance team and provides them the support necessary for the department meet those goals.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of previous experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership is preferred.
