Job summary

Haley Toyota Richmond is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the F&I department in a high-volume store, ensuring fast, compliant funding and paperwork flow.

You will train sales staff on F&I products, manage CIT schedules, funding delays and DMV issues, and uphold all dealership policies with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a Finance Manager role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to close deals—75 per month.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume dealership is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Team oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Must possess strong computer and tech skills.
• Must possess the ability to turn 75 deals a month

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the Finance department, including CIT schedule, funding delays, DMV Issues and missing paperwork.
• Train and effectively teach all sales associates F&I products and how to properly endorse them.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all dealership policies and processes are followed at all times.
• Assist in setting aggressive yet realistic goals and objectives for the finance team and provide the support necessary for the department to meet those goals.
