Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Hampton seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to drive profitability and exceptional client satisfaction in a luxury dealership.

You will structure finance and lease transactions, present F&I products, and ensure compliance while partnering with Sales to deliver a premium client experience. Strong lender relationships and proven F&I production are essential; growth opportunities are offered within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven F&I production in an automotive dealership (luxury experience a plus).
• Strong menu selling skills and product penetration.
• Excellent lender relationships and deal-structuring ability.
• Working knowledge of F&I compliance (Safeguards Rule, OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending).

Responsibilities

• Present F&I products — service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, and protection plans — with a consistent, transparent, menu-based approach
• Maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations
• Submit clean, fundable deals and manage timely funding
• Partner with the Sales team to deliver a seamless, premium client experience
• Track key metrics and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth
