Job summary

1Password is seeking a Finance Analytics professional to turn complex financial data into clear insights across ARR, retention, and subscriptions. You will build dashboards in Hex, translate questions into self-serve reporting, and contribute to data models supporting new pricing and product lines.

Collaboration with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Analytics Engineering is essential. The position is remote within the United States and Canada, offering AI-enabled reporting workflows,

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics or related data role with SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of data modeling: fact/dimension tables, star schemas.
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into analytical deliverables and dashboards.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Finance, Sales, or GTM data in SaaS environment and ARR/retention metrics.
• Familiarity with BI/AI tools (Hex, Claude Code, Cursor) and enterprise data sources (Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate interactive dashboards in Hex for financial and business performance.
• Translate business questions into self-serve reporting and actionable analysis across ARR, retention, subscriptions.
• Contribute to trusted data models supporting pricing, product lines, and evolving models.
• Support month-/quarter-end financial reporting by investigating variances and drivers.
• Automate recurring manual tasks using AI workflows to speed up analysis.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to productionize reporting sources and improve data quality.
• Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams.
