Job summary

Prodigy Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with the CFO, Accounting, and Analytics teams on reporting requests, enhancements, and process improvements. This 6-month contract role is hybrid, offering close collaboration with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will manage intake and prioritization, document business requirements, create user stories, and coordinate timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Reporting, or Analytics teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of reporting requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Partner with CFO and Accounting team to gather and document business requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the reporting and analytics backlog.
• Create user stories, requirements documents, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications across stakeholders and vendors.
• Facilitate UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Provide regular status updates and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance and accounting processes.
