Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Data Lead to own analytics product delivery for the Finance domain. You will manage backlog, drive adoption, and collaborate with Data Architecture and Engineering to ensure data readiness before product builds.

You will lead teams of engineers and analysts, enforce agile rituals, and deliver Power BI semantic models and certified datasets at scale across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; MBA considered if paired with analytics product delivery experience.
• 6+ years in data analytics, BI, or analytics product management in large enterprises.
• 3+ years leading teams with accountability for analytics product delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics product delivery and lifecycle for the domain.
• Lead and develop the analytics product backlog with alignment to data roadmap.
• Ensure data readiness gates and quality for domain products.
