The Senior Manager, Finance Data Lead is the accountable product owner for the analytics product portfolio within an assigned business domain (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercial). This role reports to the Director, Analytics Products and operates as the enterprise product delivery layer for a defined function / business domain — owning the full lifecycle of analytics products from backlog prioritization through adoption and lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree in a quantitative, information management, or business discipline preferred. MBA considered if combined with hands‑on analytics product delivery experience. 6 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics product management roles within large enterprise environments 3 years leading teams — direct or matrixed — with accountability for analytics product delivery and adoption outcomes Experience operating as a product owner for business intelligence or analytics portfolios: backlog management, prioritization, release governance, and lifecycle management Familiarity with Databricks (Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog) or equivalent cloud data platforms — ability to partner with Data Engineering on Silver→Gold layer readiness Hands‑on experience delivering Power BI semantic models, certified datasets, and enterprise dashboards at scale Experience defining and tracking product health metrics: adoption rates, utilization, business rhythm integration, and self‑service rates Strong stakeholder management across business and IT — able to drive backlog prioritization conversations with VP/Director‑level business leaders Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex multi‑domain enterprise environments — familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial data Familiarity with agile delivery rituals and their application in data/analytics product contexts Background operating in a product‑based or federated data operating model within a CDO or Data Services organization
Expected Hiring Salary Range: $115,000 – $164,300 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
