Highmark Health seeks a seasoned financial analyst to perform forecasting, trend analysis, and comprehensive financial reporting. You will develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support management, and deliver clear presentations on results and variances at all levels of leadership.

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel/Power BI experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with business units while proactively guiding strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; alternative education considered by the company.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to build trust with business units.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial analysis and prepare forecasts and trend analyses.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
• Present financial results and trends to management at all levels.
• Analyze financial reports and records and explain variances.
• Lead special financial analysis projects and document findings.
• Coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and timeframes.
• Input and retrieve accounting data using PC and/or mainframe systems.
• Create ad hoc reports and visualizations for distribution.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare analyses and recommendations.
