The College of Southern Nevada seeks an Assistant Director of Auxiliary Services to lead financial planning, budgeting, and data analytics support for campus operations. You will work with the Director to manage funds, contracts, and vendor services, ensuring accurate reporting and compliant controls.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, several years of management experience in finance or operations, and a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across CSN’s service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years related professional experience.
• Financial planning and budget management experience.
• Experience preparing detailed, accurate, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and budget management for Auxiliary Services.
• Oversee data analytics tools and reporting to leadership.
• Manage contracts, vendor relations, and applied accounting.
• Coordinate with CSN leadership and stakeholders.
