Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks a Finance Analytics professional to own analytics that influence FP&A and liquidity management. You will translate business needs into actionable insights and build end-to-end analytics products leveraging SQL, Python, and AI-powered workflows.

Build dashboards with Power BI or Looker, validate data quality, and collaborate with data engineers and governance to ensure accuracy. You will work independently and with engineers to drive strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on analytics or data science experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with production-quality code.
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling and cloud data warehouses; Snowflake experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Sigma or similar).
• Able to communicate technical work clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-documented SQL and Python; apply AI to analytics workflows and automate insight generation.
• Build dashboards and data applications used by Finance teams and iterate from feedback.
• Validate data accuracy and coordinate with data engineering and governance to fix data quality issues.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives for Finance leadership, including CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate on AI integration: design and test LLM-powered analytics workflows and prompt engineering.
