Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards, data models, and automated analytics to improve visibility into performance and finance processes.

You will work cross-functionally to translate complex questions into data-driven analyses, identify trends, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, or related discipline.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and translate into actionable insights.
• Experience building dashboards and automated analytics using BI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of financial metrics and reporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Build data models, rules, and definitions supporting reliable analysis.
• Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for planning, forecasts, and business decisions.
