Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an analytics professional to own end-to-end analytics for Finance strategy. You will partner with leaders to translate business needs into insights and advance AI-powered analytics that drive real decisions.

Work closely with engineers and BI analysts to deliver impactful dashboards and data apps. The role requires 1–3 years in analytics, strong SQL/Python, and experience with Snowflake and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in analytics or data science.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; production-quality code.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and Snowflake.
• Dashboards built in Power BI, Sigma, Looker or similar.
• Able to explain technical work to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable SQL and Python; explore AI-augmented analytics.
• Build dashboards and data apps used by Finance teams.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve quality issues with data governance.
• Translate findings for CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate on AI integration and prompt engineering for analytics.
