Job summary

Technology Credit Union seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Finance to deliver trusted financial analytics, reporting, and executive-level insights within the DMA function in partnership with Finance leadership, Data Engineering, and IT.

You will design and maintain Finance dashboards, ensure data governance and compliance, and align Finance needs with enterprise BI standards while driving automation and process improvements across the analytics team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IS, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in BI, analytics, or financial reporting within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary BI and analytics partner for Finance.
• Translates questions into analytical requirements and reporting solutions.
• Designs and maintains Finance dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Performs trend, variance, and anomaly analysis of financial performance.
