Origin Staffing is seeking a Financial Analytics Advisory Associate to join a growing Business Analytics practice. The role blends finance, analytics and business transformation to turn data into actionable reporting, automation and insights.

The position focuses on data analytics, dashboards and finance-focused BI, with opportunities to grow into management analytics and client-facing advisory work within a remote-first US framework.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analytics, BI, or finance transformation.
• Hands-on R required for current opening.
• Experience applying analytics in accounting/ FP&A context.
• Client-service or professional-services experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, accounting, operational, and transactional data for management reporting.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, reports and analytics solutions.
• Use R to perform analysis, modeling and data-driven work.
• Transform, cleanse, validate and reconcile datasets.
• Support data preparation, ETL and data-integration workflows.
• Design and support workflow automation initiatives using low-code/no-code and code-based tools.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Support FP&A and accounting reporting initiatives.
• Develop client-ready analyses, presentations, dashboards and recommendations.
• Assist with process-improvement and broader business-transformation initiatives.
