Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team seeks a detail‑oriented financial professional for our US HQ to manage journals, data entry, reconciliations, and month‑end tasks. The role includes preparing financial reports and analysis to support strategic decisions.

CPA or equivalent, strong US GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience (IFS) are required; manufacturing experience is a plus. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Qualifications

• CPA qualified or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and procedures.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
• Experience in an organization with internal manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial journals, data entry, reconciliations and assist month-end processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and perform analysis to support decision-making.
• Contribute to periodic accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for group reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Support external audit processes by preparing documentation and answering queries.
