Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a detail-focused finance professional for the US HQ in Indianapolis to manage journals, data entry, reconciliations, and month-end tasks. You will support reporting, analysis, and process improvements while collaborating with the US Financial Accountant to align with UK operations.

The role requires CPA qualification or equivalent, strong US GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience (IFS).

Qualifications

CPA qualified or equivalent.
High attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and procedures.
High resilience with deadlines.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
Experience in an organization that conducts internal manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Prepare periodic accounts, reconcile balance sheets and ensure timely group reporting.
Collaborate with US Financial Accountant to implement finance processes aligned to UK operations.
Collaborate with departments to verify financial transactions.
Operate day-to-day accounting including billing, accounts receivable, and expense processing.
Assist with external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
Support financial analysis to aid decision-making.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use and management review.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in financial processes.
