Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to digest financial information, render judgment and identify patterns.
• Strong time management, meeting deadlines and handling conflicting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly results against budget, forecast and prior periods to provide insights.
• Support decision making using analytics (margin, cash, benchmarking) for Finance Operations and Operations teams.
• Generate standard monthly financial reports and participate in monthly reviews with senior leaders.
• Prepare presentations for board meetings and quarterly reviews with leadership.
• Build financial models and projections for transactions with new physician investments or mergers.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with senior leadership oversight.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive efficient processes and improve financial performance.
