Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Ability to travel/relocate as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups is preferred
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to access construction sites in varied environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous internship experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports project accounting and finance functions
• Assists with cost control and payroll processes
• Manages accounts payable/receivable activities
• Supports month-end close and financial reporting for project management
• Works with labor, equipment, materials, and subcontract cost components
• Ensures internal controls in purchasing workflow
• Contributes to accurate revenue recognition and budgeting
