Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounts payable, or project cost control.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel & Power BI)
• Experience with SAP
• Understanding of accounting and project finance concepts
• Accuracy with work, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review and validate subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy
• Validate invoices against POs, contracts, rate sheets and change orders
• Support accounts payable and ERP-related processes
• Track trends in invoice errors and supplier performance
• Assist with process improvements and documentation
