Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day finance office support for appropriated and DWCF programs.
• Prepare and process funding packages; reconcile checkbooks and analysis workbooks.
• Update and track spend plans; monitor burn rates, variances, and ULOs; maintain reports in DISA systems.
• Support status-of-funds reports and senior leadership briefings with high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Analyze and reconcile Excel workbooks from enterprise financial systems to report program status.
• Maintain Spend Plans across fiscal years to help stay within budget controls.
• Communicate effectively with IE counterparts and contractors; prepare briefings and spreadsheets.
• Perform financial reconciliation and database research, including ULO; QA contract deliverables.
