CTG is seeking a Finance Analyst I for a W2 contract in Fort Worth, TX. The role supports the Controller and plant management with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis to improve financial accuracy and performance.
Responsibilities include monthly close, variance analysis, ad hoc reports, and collaboration with department managers to control costs and drive improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
The Finance Analyst I will support the Controller and plant management team with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis. This role will help ensure financial accuracy, monitor spending and expenses, support audits and internal controls, and provide financial insights to support business decisions and process improvements.
