CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for an IT App Developer IV to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise manufacturing applications and MES solutions. This role will serve as a technical lead, partnering with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable solutions across a global environment.

Type: Contract

Job Title: IT App Developer IV

Location: Remote, East Coast or Central US time

Pay Rate: $67.00 - $69.00/hour

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Management, or a related field

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Experience with relational databases and application integrations.
• Experience with Git, TFVC, or SVN.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience supporting applications in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly Siemens Opcenter/Camstar.
• Experience with MES modeling and configuration.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and shop-floor system integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global teams.
