Responsibilities include monthly close, variance analysis, ad hoc reports, and collaboration with department managers to control costs and drive improvements. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close, reporting, forecasting, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare financial and management reports ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide financial analysis to plant management and Controller for decision support.
• Assist with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Monitor spending and variances and partner with department managers on cost control.
• Support internal/external controls, GAAP, audits, and corrective actions.
• Conduct inventory audit activities and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and presentations as needed.
