CTG, a long-standing IT services firm, is seeking an IMS Technician for a W2 contract at our Newton, NC site with a hybrid remote option. The role supports IMS systems, hardware, and software, and collaborates with senior staff to deploy and troubleshoot while maintaining documentation.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, familiarity with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint/OneNote, basic server/network knowledge, and strong security practices. Associate degree required.

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
The IMS Technician will provide technical support for daily operations, assisting with the maintenance and support of IMS systems, hardware, and software solutions. This role will work closely with senior technical staff to gather requirements, support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation to support business operations.
