Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst for the Bridge & Marine District in the Vancouver, WA area. You will support project accounting and finance tasks across cost control, payroll, A/P and A/R, and compliance while learning our project-based business model.

You’ll participate in month-end close, help prepare financial reporting for project management, and gain exposure to labor, equipment, materials, and subcontract cost components within a large national construction company.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ financial/data analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
• Previous internship experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and compliance for projects
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reporting for project management
• Learn cost and revenue components such as labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accurate reporting for management
