Kiewit’s South Central District in Texas seeks an entry-level Finance Analyst to support project accounting and forecasting for varied projects from $1M to $4B. You will assist in cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, human capital management, and month-end close.

This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to corporate compliance. You’ll learn processes and tools across labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts while supporting management with financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Basic financial/data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Pivot Tables, and V-Lookups.

Responsibilities

• Supports cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and HR processes.
• Assists with month-end close and financial reporting packages.
• Learns project-level accounting and finance processes for large-scale projects.
