Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the U.S., seeks a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, planning, and financial evaluations. The role enhances data management and reporting while ensuring sound financial procedures.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor budgets, analyze trends, and improve financial systems. CPA/CMA preferred; experience with SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor annual budget processes and related forecasting.
• Assist with analytics ensuring accuracy and documentation per GAAP and internal controls.
• Stay up to date on industry and economic changes and trends.
• Support resolution of operational and tactical issues.
• Assist Information Systems with requests related to financial systems.
• Identify potential mismanagement of resources and monitor overhead expenses.
• Collaborate with other global finance departments.
• Support lean initiatives where applicable.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare budgets and allocations.
• Manage multiple financial systems and data sources.
