Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage financial records, prepare statements, and ensure compliance. You will analyze complex data, reconcile accounts, and contribute to the company’s financial health.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4–6 years of relevant experience; CPA preferred. Travel may be required, and the environment emphasizes growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains updated and accurate filing and data systems.
• Fulfills reporting requirements for ad hoc requests.
• Completes monthly close including inventory, journal entries and reports.
• Prepares plant account reconciliations.
• Analyzes cost data and maintains standard costs.
• Interacts with auditors as required.
