Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking a Finance Analyst for Shared Business Services to lead payroll, reconciliations, and staff training within one or more districts. The role emphasizes independent judgment and collaboration with the Finance Director to support school operations and financial accuracy.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years in accounting or business management; experience with SchoolsOPEN is preferred.

The Finance Analyst for Shared Business Services is the lead and/or advanced analyst within one or more business functions of the assigned district(s). The Finance Analyst for Shared Business Services exercises a high degree of independent judgment and has significant accountability for ongoing projects associated with payroll, reconciliations, providing ongoing training and mentorship to business office staff, and other specialized projects under the direction of the assigned Finance Director of Shared Business Services.
Pay Range: $52,363- $71,684 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Work Schedule: 261 days / 7.5 hours daily
