Zip Co Limited is seeking a Finance AI & Transformation Analyst to help build the next generation of how Finance operates at Zip. You will apply hands-on AI-enabled and process-driven solutions to modernize Finance processes and workflows, map high-friction areas, diagnose root causes, and design scalable improvements.

This is a hybrid role for US-based employees, with an expectation of 3 days per week in our Union Square Manhattan office.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years driving transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, workflows, or automations.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional transformation initiatives from problem to outcome.
• Ability to translate problems into clear technical requirements for teams.

• Identify workflows where AI or automation adds business value.
• Prototype and ship AI-enabled workflows using LLM tools and no-code platforms.
• Lead transformation workstreams with stakeholder alignment and delivery oversight.
• Own plans, timelines, risks, and communications; measure impact.
• Develop executive-ready updates for senior stakeholders.
