Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to partner across Accounting, IT, and Finance to identify AI-enabled opportunities in end-to-end finance processes. The role focuses on automating workflows, improving data quality, and strengthening controls within Controllership, driving measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in finance transformation and a proven track record implementing AI/automation solutions in highly controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, process optimization, accounting operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI, automation, or analytics solutions that improved efficiency or controls.
• Experience applying AI in controlled business environments with data quality and risk considerations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end finance and accounting processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled optimization.
• Lead the design of future-state workflows leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to improve cycle time and accuracy.
• Translate business pain points into requirements, use cases, and implementation plans for AI initiatives.
• Partner with IT, data, and business SMEs to implement AI solutions with data readiness, testing, and governance.
• Hands-on development of AI solutions for Controllership and performance monitoring of changes.
• Present recommendations and roadmaps to drive alignment and prioritization of AI initiatives.
