Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead Finance AI and Data Strategy engagements in the United States, including Miami. You’ll shape AI-enabled finance transformations for large organizations, guiding CFOs and boards with strategic insight and a clear road map.

You’ll own the full arc from vision to delivery, build trusted executive relationships, and drive scalable, responsible AI initiatives across global finance environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years turning ambiguous enterprise problems into clear-eyed strategies.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work; understand CFO operations.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• 5+ years data management and analysis with strategic impact.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end across complex environments.
• 5+ years large-scale global delivery experience.
• 5+ years working with corporate Finance processes and systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years) or 6+ years with Associate's degree.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision with Finance AI strategies tied to real business outcomes.
• Earn trusted advisor status with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, and data infrastructure.
• Build for scale with agile practices; sequence data elements and features.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator, not just compliance.
• Drive commercialization by developing AI-first product strategies and partnerships.
