Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead Finance AI and Data Strategy, shaping vision to roadmap and delivering transformational results across global clients. You will partner with CFOs and senior leaders, architect scalable AI/data programs, and drive ROI-driven implementations at scale while embedding Responsible AI principles.

You will travel up to 80% and work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, delivering measurable business impact and new revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI & Data Strategy experience across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work with CFO alignment.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end in multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery across functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision, connect it to real business outcomes like revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Earn trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infra.
• Build for scale using scaled agile to sequence delivery of data elements and features.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator and trust builder.
• Drive AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships for new revenue streams.
