Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or related discipline) is preferred.
• AI, cloud, analytics, or project management certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate, design, pilot, and implement AI-driven finance transformation solutions.
• Support finance modernization initiatives, including automation, analytics, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting enhancements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather business and operational requirements.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify inefficiencies, process improvement opportunities, and AI use cases.
• Assist in developing business cases, implementation roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
• Support deployment and adoption of predictive and generative AI solutions within finance operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, implementation plans, and product backlogs.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, data analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery solutions.
• Assist in preparing executive presentations, status reports, and client deliverables.
• Participate in proofs of concept, process automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, documentation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements, and data governance practices.
• Contribute to internal innovation initiatives, business development efforts, and proposal development activities.
