Brewer Morris is seeking a Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst in New York City to modernize finance operations through AI, automation, and process improvement. You will identify inefficiencies, build AI-enabled workflows, and lead end-to-end transformation projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation or related fields.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, or low-code solutions.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Excellent communication and senior-leadership presentation experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies across Finance and design scalable AI/automation solutions.
- Build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic solutions.
- Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Leadership for process improvements.
- Develop business cases and change management strategies to drive adoption.
