Job summary

Venue Nation Analytics is seeking a technical leader to transform how our Finance organization operates—from automating complex workflows to enabling smarter decision-making at scale. You will partner with Finance leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and design AI-powered solutions across financial reporting, close, reconciliation, and forecasting.

This is a builder-leader role: your code ships to production, and your technical judgment shapes how AI is applied across the finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years designing and delivering production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered solutions across the accounting lifecycle, from high-volume transactional work to forecasting and decision support.
• Apply LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows to real business problems.
• Stand up pilots in development environments and deploy to production.
• Collaborate with Data Science to apply AI to forecasting and planning workflows.
• Ensure deterministic, auditable financial calculations.
