Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI-focused leader to drive solution development and deliver AI-enabled finance transformation engagements. You will bridge client needs with technical delivery, shaping design and guiding teams to successful deployments in cloud environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or CS, 6+ years of Python-based development, and experience architecting AI systems on GCP/AWS/Azure, with travel up to 50% for client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using structured/unstructured data, vector databases, or RAG-like architectures.
• Strong SQL and analytics capabilities in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and client relationships; ensure quality and technical outcomes.
• Bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams; clarify requirements and provide guidance.
• Lead engagements within larger programs to design and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear AI design requirements and take them through deployment.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and mentor delivery teams.
